  1. Our client is a flooring company that was looking to move from their legacy ERP system and CRM System. They wanted to be able to better track their sales, service and marketing activities, as well as manage their customers and employees more effectively.
  2. The scope of the project covered sales, service, marketing, customer portal, field trip planning, finance, procurement , manufacturing ,warehouse operations and Payroll.
  3. We worked closely with our client’s team to understand what they needed from their new system and provided guidance throughout the process. We designed the project scope and then developed a migration plan that included training for all end users on how to use the new software. We also worked with them to migrate all existing data into Dynamics 365 Cloud Based ERP and CRM system so that they could start using it right away after launch.
