Salesforce Advance Administrator

  • Must have at least 3 + years of Salesforce.com administration experience.
  • Strong background in Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud administration and are excited to expand to other vendor tools.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Have excellentproblem-solving skills to solve all the business and process-related problems of the organization
  • Partner closely with technical team to understand business problems, identify requirements, design and deploy Sales and Service cloud solutions.
  • Identify and recommend areas within Trust & Safety’s processes that can be improved via systems enhancements and automation.
  • Must know how to migrate data from using tools like data loader, dataloader.io to perform data migration.
  • Maintain and customize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications.
  • Document and maintain a prioritized list of requirements/user stories.
  • Deployment best practices including QA, UAT, Staging, and Validation.
  • Requirement gathering and analysis
  • Strong knowledge of process builder, workflow rules, lightning flows, approval process, validation rule errors, etc.
  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (preferred).
  • Candidates with higher Admin related trailhead badges and super badges (preferred)
